1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Vinyl records must not show signs of use, wear, or damage.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non‑Returnable Items

Opened or played vinyl records (unless defective).

Discounted or clearance items marked “final sale.”

Gift cards or digital products.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 1 - 2 days of delivery.

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund once the item is returned and inspected.

Shipping costs for defective/incorrect items will be covered by Records Devotee.
4. Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
