• Orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 - 7 business days.

• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 - 3 business days.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and delivery method.

• Free shipping may be offered on orders above 5000zar/300USD

4. Domestic & International Shipping

• We ship across South Africa and internationally.

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
